How to process your order return.
Before you can return your purchase, ensure there is no physical damage to the product and the purchase product has not stayed beyond the 7 days return policy duration from the date of delivery to the provided address during checkout,
You can only return an order through the online channel if you selected it as your preference.
Before collecting or accepting an order;
- Make sure you have completed payments for your order online.
- That you’ve received collection or delivery email/sms notification; and
- Ensure you have selected the correct delivery duration (Mailbox or Express)
Before requesting order return;
- Make sure you have completed your return request online, by login to your account; and
- That you’ve received return email/sms notification.
- Ensure you have followed the 7 days return policy.
When returning an order;
- You are responsible for packing your item in their original package with tags attached; and
- You’ve included all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
- You may be responsible for return waybill if the purchase or delivery delay was your error.
Not following the procedures could delay your return process or result in your return application being denied.
Refund processing;
Incase of refund, paid amount will only be refunded to the primary source of payment (which may take between 5-7 working days) or instantly on iDeliverd Money Balance which is available on your account profile. We do not refund to cash-up, offer cash refund or other forms of refunds on card payments.
